Wraparound Care - Information for parents!
With an overwhelmingly positive response from pasts parent consultation, we are really pleased to be be open for all children to attend our wraparound care services. We have Breakfast Club from 7:30am and After School Care that will be available from 3:15 until 5:30 Monday - Thursday and Friday 3.15pm - 4.15pm.
Our wonderful team at Newlyn will be running the daily sessions, so it truly is ‘home from home’. Delicious and nutritious food will be provided (when requested) and there are lots of opportunities for fun and adventures!
Booking is strongly advised as spaces can fill up quickly, but daily requests are also considered. Please book via your arbor parent app and pay for your childcare requirements. To avoid disappointment, please reserve your places now!

Wrap around care FAQ’s
Do I need to pay when I reserve my childcare space?
You can pay for childcare in installments and an invoicing system will also be in operation to chase late payments.
What food will my child receive?
Breakfast club will consist of toast, cereal and fruit and After School Club will be a light tea prepared by the school team.
Where will the Breakfast Club and After School Club be held?
Breakfast Club will be held in the School Hall. After School club will be held either in the hall or one of the classrooms. We will also take the children outside weather permitting.
Who will run the wrap around services?
An amazing team of support staff will be running the wrap around care provision. These staff already know the children well and are really looking forward to seeing so many of the children for more adventures!
What happens if I am late collecting my child?
If you are late collecting your child a surcharge might be added to your account. Newlyn School reserves the right to add a £10 late collection fee if required to do so.
How will I collect my child/ren?
Breakfast Club – Parents must drop children at the School Hall to be registered on arrival. The School gate will be open.
After School Club - Upon arrival at school there will be a telephone number displayed that you can call. Your child will be delivered to you.
