The school councillors meet regularly to discuss all things Newlyn! The children represent the voices of the community, and they work collaboratively with staff, children and community members to work towards creating the very best in environment and opportunities for all children at Newlyn School. 

The School Council have been integral in recent planning projects in the community, including the design of Gwavas Play Park alongside Councillor Thalia Marrington.

Alongside this, the pupil council will continue to look for new ways to develop and improve our school life and environment.
