Welcome to Stepping Stones at Newlyn School

We offer a vibrant and thriving pre-school community for all children from 2 years. At Stepping Stones Pre-School and Nursery we offer an aspirational learning environment that is steeped in mutual respect and love, ensuring that each child knows that they are cared for, listened to and valued. 

Our learning environments are extensive, benefiting from separate learning rooms for 2 year olds and pre-schoolers, a private garden, access to an onsite forest school, library, hall facilities for gross motor physical education lessons and much more.

Our Pre-School curriculum promotes independence, instilling in all children that they can be what they want to be with motivation and support. Each week is filled with activities that excite and enthuse our learners including Forest School, Cookery, Arts and Crafts, Rhyme time, Phonics, Story Dough, Drawing Club Specialist Music teaching 

Our highly experienced team include early years specialists, qualified teachers, SENCO and dedicated and fantastic nursery practitioners.

Have you got a younger child from birth to 2 years? Don't worry... we have a fantastic baby and toddler group for you to join. All families are welcome. Come and enjoy some treats and conversation whilst your children play and have fun.
