Welcome to Stepping Stones at Newlyn School

We offer a vibrant and thriving pre-school community for all children from 2 years. At Stepping Stones Pre-School and Nursery we offer an aspirational learning environment that is steeped in mutual respect and love, ensuring that each child knows that they are cared for, listened to and valued. 

Our learning environments are extensive, benefiting from separate learning rooms for 2 year olds and pre-schoolers, a private garden, access to an onsite forest school, library, hall facilities for gross motor physical education lessons and much more.

Our Pre-School curriculum promotes independence, instilling in all children that they can be what they want to be with motivation and support. Each week is filled with activities that excite and enthuse our learners including Forest School, Beach School (summer months), Cookery, Arts and Crafts, Rhyme time, Phonics, Story Dough, Specialist Music teaching and even learning French!

Our highly experienced team include early years specialists, qualified teachers, SENCO and dedicated and fantastic nursery practitioners.
