A visit by Sanjay

Sanjay, chef and founder of Cornish School of Sardines, visited our school to demonstrate with Rose and Connor the fish recipe they had made at the Newlyn Fish Festival. This was a crab pancake made using chick pea flour. The audience were all able to sample the dish and generally the feeling was that it was delicious. The children were encouraged to make this at home for their parents, the recipe is displayed in the Fish Festival news.
