Mazey Day Parade
24th June 2017
The Mazey Day Parade was another huge success for Newlyn School and their band. Although the morning had been threatening rain, the march up Market Jew Street went wonderfully well. The crowds loved the children's singing, composed by Mr Hinchliffe, and the band's playing. Many dancing and clapping along. Then the giant penguin, created by Mr Eddy, wowed all those who saw it coming up behind the children.
Well done all those who took part and contributed to this super showcase of Newlyn talent.
