Coast FM Advertise Exhibition
7th January 2019
Four children from Class 4 went on Radio Coast FM today to advertise our forthcoming art exhibition. The local DJ, Dave Pascoe, invited the children in to tell the listeners on air all about the school's open exhibition on Friday. This is an exhibition working collaboratively with Newlyn Art Gallery called Many & Beautiful Things and will be open to friends and parents of Newlyn School between 2 - 3.15pm, on 11/1/19. Each class has produced artwork that looks at what interests the children have at their age, so will be reflected differently in each year group. We are hoping parents, relatives and friends of the school will come along to see the children's work. Some of the children's work will also be put on display in the Gallery from February.
If you missed the children's broadcast, you can listen to it again on CoastFM's website and pressing on the Rewind button. From there you will find the podcast of the children's interview.
